How you’ll contribute…

The Contract Administrator works with the construction Project Manager, Legal Counsel and Management in the creation and maintenance of contracts, subcontracts, financial information and other relevant project information.

Key Responsibilities…

  • Set up new projects across multiple systems
  • Ensure the company has compliance documents in place to start a new job
  • Review owner contracts and determine applicable project requirements
  • Assists in the preparation, review and administration of subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Write, assemble and distribute
  • Recommend language changes or insurance requirements based on scope
  • Ensure internal contract compliance
  • Track the status and manage incoming contract documents
  • Negotiate and facilitate contract changes and redlines
  • Facilitate the return of contract documents
  • Manage and digitally file contract documents
  • Review Certificates of Insurance for compliance
  • Facilitate and manage the lien waiver process
  • Verify data and qualification documents
  • Enter data and manage permissions in project directories
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties (document/contract management)
  • Assist in resolving miscellaneous issues company wide
  • Provide customer service and help maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

  • Proficient and confident in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Proficiency with Adobe Professional
  • High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience in contract administration. Construction industry experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
