About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator with exceptional C2-level English proficiency to support our rapidly growing moderation operations. As our end client continues to scale, this role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, consistent, and efficient content review processes.
The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong judgment, and is comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to help maintain a safe, compliant, and positive experience for platform users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies, legal guidelines, and safety standards.
  • Identify, classify, and escalate content involving safety, fraud, harassment, or other policy violations.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and productivity while reviewing content across multiple categories.
  • Apply moderation policies with clarity, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Provide feedback on potential gaps, ambiguities, or edge cases in moderation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams to ensure aligned decision-making across the moderation team.
  • Support the onboarding and training process by communicating updates or insights related to policy changes or new content trends.
Requirements
  • C2 English proficiency (written and spoken) - ability to interpret nuanced language and review sensitive content with precision.
  • 3+ years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, online investigations, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in ambiguous or complex situations.
  • Ability to handle graphic, sensitive, or disturbing content with professionalism and emotional resilience.
  • Experience working with moderation tools, review dashboards, or ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, scaling environments with evolving priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Nice to Have
  • Experience creating SOPs, workflows, or training documentation for moderation or operations teams.
  • Background in child safety, fraud detection, marketplaces, or other high-risk content verticals.
  • Experience supporting global or remote teams.
