We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead and manage moderately complex commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures safe, on-time, and high-quality project delivery while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
8+ years of commercial construction experience
5+ years in field supervision
Experience managing $50M+ projects
Strong leadership, scheduling & risk management skills
High school diploma required (Bachelors in Construction Management preferred)
Note: Role would be based in KC or a Midwest office location - Kansas City, Omaha, Iowa City, Des Moines, Minneapolis, but will travel full-time for extended periods (can be years at a time) to any Midwest job needs across the US.
