About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead its enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital innovation. This role demands a leader who can align technology with business goals, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that IT systems and teams support the organization's growth and resilience. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy, overseeing all IT operations, leading digital transformation initiatives, and managing the IT budget and vendor relationships to deliver a strong return on investment. Applicants for the CIO position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a CIO or equivalent executive role. A proven track record in leading enterprise-scale digital and IT transformation, a strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, enterprise applications, and data governance, and excellent leadership and communication skills are essential. The role also requires experience in managing large budgets and complex vendor ecosystems, as well as the ability to establish IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. A Master’s degree, industry-specific tech experience, and familiarity with agile and DevOps environments are preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving enterprise data strategy, business intelligence, and analytics capabilities, and will serve as the primary liaison between IT and other business units.
