Specialized 8-Bed Unit
Work with cutting-edge technology in a high-acuity setting designed for patients recovering from complex cardiovascular procedures. You’ll be part of a robust care team that includes nurse practitioners, physician assistants, intensivists, and surgeons—all focused on exceptional outcomes.
Collaborative Environment
We round together three times daily to ensure a coordinated, patient-centered approach that values every voice at the table.
Consistent Night Schedule
Enjoy the stability of three 12-hour night shifts each week while delivering life-saving care.
As a Clinical Nurse in our CVICU, you’ll care for patients recovering from procedures such as open-heart surgery, catheter-based valve replacements, vascular interventions, and thoracic surgeries. You’ll assess changes in patient conditions, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and collaborate closely with your interdisciplinary team to provide the highest quality outcomes.
Active RN license (MD or Compact State)
Prior ICU experience required; cardiovascular ICU preferred
Proven skills in rhythm interpretation and clinical judgment
