GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: Provide exemplary customer service through positive communication, meeting the customer needs, maintaining a clean, neat, and inviting shopping experience while having a positive and upbeat attitude.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regular and consistent attendance at work.
- Facilitate an outstanding customer experience by giving exemplary customer service.
- Greet and check out customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers and team.
- Clean and straighten merchandise and store.
- Fold clothing and stock shelves.
- Answer questions and provide resources on campus.
- Assist students with purchasing decisions.
- Perform other related work duties as assigned.

The position involves working on a sales floor. Occasional (10-33%) pushing, pulling and viewing a computer. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and close visual work. Constant (67-100%) standing, operating a cash register, lifting. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School completion. Must be at least 17 years old
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, OR REGISTRATIONS : Cash handling, register, and customer service experience.
