Job Description - Assembler 2, General (BD - Milpitas, CA) Duration: 12+ months
Location: Milpitas, CA 95035
Shift: Mon-Fri, 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST)
Interviews: Onsite
Requirements: Clear criminal & education checks, HS Diploma/GED required
Responsibilities: - Perform fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections per SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Work with basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes).
- Maintain accuracy, follow instructions, and work well in a team environment.
- Rotate between different tasks as needed.
Qualifications: - 1-2 years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret English instructions and perform basic math.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and open to flexible hours.
