DESCRIPTION
TAKE CLEANLINESS TO NEW HEIGHTS—BECOME AN AIRCRAFT CLEANER SUPERVISOR WITH US! The Aircraft Cleaning Supervisor oversees and inspects aircraft interior cleaning to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards, while managing a team, coordinating with airline staff, and maintaining supply inventory and schedules.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS AN AIRCRAFT CLEANING SUPERVISOR
Supervise and provide leadership to a team of aircraft cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Inspect aircraft cabins for cleanliness and ensure all procedures meet aviation standards and safety regulations
Train new staff in cleaning procedures and proper use of equipment
Manage cleaning supply inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
Develop and implement cleaning schedules to minimize aircraft downtime
Liaise with airline and airport staff to coordinate cleaning requirements and resolve issues promptly
Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS
18 years of age or older
Eligible to work in the United States
Must have a valid state‑issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or aircraft cleaning services
Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as iPads/Tablets, computers, and mobile devices
Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in‑person and through electronic means
Pass a background check and drug screen
Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal—if applicable)
Airlines are 24/7; flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY / WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE:
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Prolonged standing and walking in an indoor/outdoor environment as applicable
Reach with arms and grasp with hands; push, pull, bend, stretch, squat, kneel
Exposure to moderate and at times high noise levels
Exposure to biohazards and/or chemicals
Must be able to hear and respond to spoken voice and audible alarms
Tasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands, and fingers
Specific vision abilities required: close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
