Job Title: Administrative Business Partner II
Location: Remote Work

Job Description:
As an Administrative Business Partner, you will provide support for three of our team leaders. You'll work with them to keep their teams organized and running smoothly. You'll manage busy schedules and maintain great relationships internally and externally, and you'll need to be an amazing communicator who's passionate about details.

What you'll do:
Manage busy calendars, travel schedule (when/ if applicable), and agenda prep.
Keep morale high across the teams and organize team off-sites, events, and swag.
Help track, manage and drive multiple projects and priorities at once for broader business goals.
Handle confidential information with integrity.
Work with cross-functional teams across the company to execute on projects or events.
Act as on-the-ground local support & logistics management in collaboration with Workplace/Events/IT teams

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience, ideally supporting VP or Director-level executives.
Proficient in gSuite, Keynote, MS Office Suite.
Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills to execute multitasking in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment.
A creative problem solver and someone who looks at the bigger picture to drive for appropriate solutions.
Ability to move quickly and make confident decisions while being a data-driven and analytical thinker.
Ability to work independently while demonstrating good judgement and offering thoughtful solutions. Ability to handle ambiguous situations and constant change with confidence.
Team player capable of executing and finishing end-to-end tasks.
